HttpExtensionsEAPRequestID Method

Gets the platform request ID from the current HttpContext object, if any. If no current HttpContext object exists (e.g. in the studio), a null or empty string is returned.

Type: System.WebHttpContext
The current HttpContext object (may be null).

Return Value

Type: String
The platform request ID, if context object is non-null, else a null or empty string.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type HttpContext. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
