IconManager Class

Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object.

Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection.

Serves as a hash function for a particular type.

Gets the icon manager object to use. The icon manager provides for per-application customization of platform icons. Note that at this time there is no support for icon localization. If a manager object already exists for the current context then that existing object will be returned. If not, a new object will be created and initialized.

Get the path to the specified icon. If the icon is not already known then the provided defaultPath is used and cached. If the icon is specified in the Icons feature then the dimensions may be available. Use the GetIconPath(String, String, Int32, Int32) overload if dimensions are desired.

There is special handling for guid comparisons (since a guid could be a string formatted in up to 3 different ways). If the special guid handling is not performed, then the object.Equals method is used.
