Determine if a particular key has an entry in the collection.

Parameters

nv
Type: System.Collections.SpecializedNameValueCollection
The NameValue collection.
key
Type: SystemString
The key in question.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
True if the key has an entry in the collection, else false.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type NameValueCollection. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
Remarks
The NameValueCollection class does not have a Contains() method and provides no way to distinguish between a key with no entry and one with and entry whose value is null.
