Truncates a DateTime to a specified resolution.

date: Type: SystemDateTime
The DateTime object to truncate.
resolution: Type: SystemInt64
The resolution to which to truncate. To specify a truncation, use the TimeSpan.TicksPerXXX constants

Type: DateTime
The DateTime truncated to the specified resolution.
