The MOP of the detail target to which navigation will be performed if no special action is taken.
The value is initialized by the mapper firing the event. The value may be modified by an extension

modified since they were initialized by the mapper firing the event.

The RowKey of the target page to which navigation will be performed if no special action is taken.

and this value will be used in the final navigation.

An optional, developer-specific error message. This will be logged to the Devlog and xot_request_log, but
only displayed in user error messages when the user is identified as IsDeveloper.
